The Orchard Fresh team dispatch orders on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s to all of New Zealand.
We prefer to dispatch on Thursday’s to main centres only as we do not want your fruit to end up sitting in a courier depot over the weekend.
If your address is a Rural Delivery we prefer to dispatch your order no later than Wednesday to ensure you receive your fruit before the weekend.
We use NZ Couriers for all of our deliveries.
The usual time frame for delivery after dispatch is overnight for the whole of New Zealand unless your address is Rural Delivery which may take an extra 1 – 2 days.
We use a non-signature required delivery service. This means the courier company will leave your box in a place they deem to be safe if you are not at home when the delivery is made.
If you have special instructions for the courier regarding delivery please add them to the comments section during the checkout and we will pass them on.
If you do not receive your order within two days after your fruit has been dispatched please contact us on 0800 665 963 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you.
We deliver within New Zealand only.
Orchard Fresh will deliver to your rural delivery address at an extra cost. Please check on the address finder at checkout.
If you require Rural Delivery please select this option when placing your order.
Alternatively you may have an urban address ie: work, friends or family that you could have your order delivered to so you could pick it up when it suits you.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for Rural Delivery.
