Welcome to Orchard Fresh This season's catalogue will be mailed out around the 22nd October and if you are not on our mailing list and would like a copy, give us a call. Our focus here at Orchard Fresh is to supply high quality fruit and gourmet products from Central Otago direct to your doorstep anywhere in New Zealand. Stuck for a gift? Try sending gift packs of fresh fruit to your friends and families. A box of fruit from Central Otago is a wonderful gift. Cherries continue to be our most popular product. The new varieties we have introduced over recent years have extended our availability well past the traditional christmas cherry season and many of the tastiest cherries are available in late January and early February. We have planted some new early-season varieties and these will be available around the 12th December this year. Apricots, picked at peak from the tree and delivered to your home are one of the tastiest treats of summer. Our full range of apricots is now extended into March with the new variety, Genevieve. Feedback on their flavour is excellent. Flavour can be lacking in many modern fruit varieties, but growers are now addressing this key aspect and the taste of Genevieve will bring back memories of what an apricot should taste like. We continue to have a close relationship with Provisions, Sarita and the Gibbston Valley Cheese Company, all producers of fine, gournmet Central Otago products. A wide range of their products will again be available. The team at Orchard Fresh look forward to welcoming you back this season.
