Delivery... Orchard Fresh works closely with Fastway, Courier Post and New Zealand Couriers to ensure that fruit reaches you in peak condition. During our peak period we transport consignments of fruit in bulk by refrigerated truck overnight to courier distribution centres in the North Island following which the fruit is delivered on the same day to urban customers. Second day delivery for RD customers.
Pre-Christmas is a very busy time for the couriers, so delivery could be in the afternoon. If you are going on holiday don't rely on the couriers to deliver first thing in the morning... please order a day or two ahead. Fruit will keep in the fridge until Christmas.
South Island urban customers will continue to receive fruit overnight as last year.
In event of failure we will work together with the couriers to provide you with satisfaction.
We recommend that fruit dispatches be made Monday to Thursday for overnight deliveries, and Monday to Wednesday for RD deliveries.

RD Deliveries... This season we are having to charge extra for R D deliveries. Because RD deliveries are handled by several courier companies or passed onto the local RD delivery person. Courier companies will not accept any RD claims for lost or damaged goods. Therefore RD deliveries will be at the customers own risk. We would prefer an alternative urban address.

Dispatches.... Will be from the first pack run of each variety unless specific delivery dates have been indicated with your order.

Christmas Orders... Please supply specific delivery dates required, any special delivery instructions and, where possible, a delivery contact phone number. If gifting to a client please ensure that delivery is made before the business closes for the Christmas break.

Orchard Fresh stands by its quality. In the event our product arrives in less than perfect condition, we will replace it or refund your money in full, as long as you ring us within 24 hours of delivery.
